Grab a #2 pencil and a sheet of paper (I'm using regular printer paper)
Start with this exercise to get familiar with your materials
Draw an apple
Use straight lines and curved lines to mark the angles and shape.
Don't worry too much about getting it to look perfect right now. Just draw for fun and to get used to your pencil and paper.
